Rooney is our home bred girl from the litter of 17 puppies. Her collar color was hot pink and we loved her attitude. She finished easily by 8 months of age with 5 majors - a 5 point major, 3-3 point majors and a 4 point major - all from the Bred By Exhibitor class. She was a Grand Champion by 10 months 6 days making her the youngest female RR Grand Champion. She still holds that title.

Rooney has continued to amaze us. She has been awarded a Reserve Best in Show, Best of Opposite at the RRCUS National Specialty, an Award of Merit at the RRCUS National Specialty, 2 Best in Show Owner Handled, a Reserve Best in Show Owner Handled, Multiple Best of Breed wins and Multiple Group placements. She was the # 17 Ridgeback in 2019 and #13 in 2020 and #24 in 2021. She is a major short of her Field Champion title.

Rooney has a balanced body and her movement is efficient, clean and beautiful with a correctly held head and tail. We are very proud of her accomplishments to date.
